Key Responsibility： 主要職責 ： 1. Perform lead tooling project management functions for scope of work. Maintain timing plan and open point list. Monitor timing plan and open points to actual status. In the case of deviations: define, initiate and follow up on corrective actions. Ensure that costs for scope of work are within budgets. Periodically report on status of scope work to project lead; 沖壓模具項目各階段的管理工作。根據項目實際狀態(tài)維護及監(jiān)控項目計劃及項目問題清單。在與原計劃出現偏差的情況下：制定，執(zhí)行及跟進整改措施，確保在項目預算范圍內達成項目既定目標。定期向項目負責人報告工作的狀態(tài)； 2. Perform tooling track including progressive quality review onsite at die supplier and manufacturer in China, e.g. Pattern manufacturing,casting,2D machining, assembly for 3D,3D milling, assembly for press, press set-up, press try-out, etc. Attend and plan onsite visit at the die supplier to ensure strict progress management. Coordinate and monitor die construction progress to ensure high quality targets delivered. Manage and highlight deviations from original plan; 模具制造進度跟蹤及階段性質量驗收，例如實型，鑄造，2D加工，組立，3D加工，裝配，模具研配，調試等。對模具供應商進行現場巡檢，對項目進行嚴格的進度管理。協調和監(jiān)控模具制造進度，以確保交付高質量的目標。對原始計劃出現的偏差進行針對性的關注及有效地管理； 3. Coordinate and monitor the progress. Align home line integration with customer planning and production. Manage and highlight deviations from original plan in perspective of timeline and quality status process. Align customer requirements and control fulfilment within press shop; 協調和監(jiān)控進度。使家庭線集成與客戶規(guī)劃和生產保持一致。從時間表和質量狀態(tài)流程的角度管理和突出顯示與原始計劃的偏差。調整客戶要求并控制沖壓車間內的履行情況； 4. Supporting and management of tooling acceptance and generatrix commissioning. Efficient communication at punching workshop and clients planning. Balance on-site materials and advance generatrix commissioning progress. Solve tooling performance issue with teams on site. Adjust dimensions of workpieces and optimize the quality. Achieve the goals of generatrix commissioning through coordination of internal and external resources to meet requirements of clients and ensure acceptance handing over. 參與模具驗收以及母線調試階段的支持及管理。與客戶規(guī)劃及沖壓車間進行有效溝通協調，平衡現場資源，推動母線調試進度；與現場團隊一起解決模具功能性問題，零件尺寸整改以及優(yōu)化面品質量，通過內外部資源的有效協調，推動母線調試階段性目標實現，最終滿足客戶需求以及終驗收交付。 Qualifications: 任職資格： 1. Education: bachelor or above; 本科或以上學歷； 2. Minimum 5 year’s experience in stamping tooling die business, familiar with the whole die manufacturing and management process; 至少5年的沖壓模具從業(yè)經驗，熟悉模具制作及管理全流程； 3. Good skills of stamping tooling dies tracking in die manufacturing, Q Loop and HLC; 對模具制造階段，調試及質量整改階段以及母線調試階段有非常豐富的跟蹤及管理經驗； 4. Good at project working software like PPT, Excel, Words, Project, etc. Basic operation skills of 3D software like UG, Catia; 熟悉使用常規(guī)辦公自動化軟件以及掌握3D設計軟件基礎操作； 5. Good skills in oral and written English, German as plus; 良好的英語口語與寫作能力，德語作為加分項； 6. Accept frequent and a long period business travelling; 接受經常性長期的出差； 7. Ability to solve problems in a structured manner with priority classification; 有條理地按問題優(yōu)先級解決問題； 8.
